**SOLD OUT** Join us for an intimate dinner in our private Cocktail Lounge with proprietor, viticulturist and winemaker Ray Nadeson from Lethbridge Estate as we go on a culinary journey over 4 courses with Between Five Bells Wines. Tickets are limited.

Rose 2017

Smoked trout, ash beets, goats curd, hazelnuts

 

White blend 2016

Tempura garfish, sauce gribiche, watercress oil

 

Pinot Noir 2018

Confit duck leg, dauphinoise potato, beans, noir jus

 

Red blend 2015

Pistachio pannacotta, biscotti, red wine pears
