Rupert on Rupert features an in-house Sonos sound system and independent speakers throughout the entire venue providing premium surround sound that can be adjusted for each distinct space should the event require quieter break out zones. DJs and MCs can seamlessly connect to this system or use a separate corded microphone, stand, and speaker. We also offer a projector and screen for corporate conferencing. Please note that access to our Wi-Fi is not generally permitted as we run all our in-house systems through it to ensure everything operates smoothly.

We work closely with event organizers to create custom layouts that suit your event’s needs, whether it’s a conference-style or boardroom setup, product launch stations, or even showcasing a new car right in the middle of the venue. While we’re highly flexible in accommodating your vision, we do retain certain pieces of venue furniture that are essential to our brand’s unique character.
