I absolutely love performing at Rupert on Rupert in Collingwood. This venue is truly one of the most unique spaces that we’ve ever had the pleasure of performing in. The moment you step inside, you can’t help but be impressed by the stunning greenery and beautifully designed interior. The staff at Rupert, including Mali, Rick, and Katie, are some of the loveliest people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to ensure that every event runs smoothly and that all guests have an unforgettable experience.
They have an impeccably tuned built-in Sonos system which makes DJing an absolute breeze. Their chefs & food are first-class and the overall vibe of the space is phenomenal. But what really sets Rupert apart is the breathtaking natural lighting that shines through their ceiling, making for some truly incredible photography shots. We know that every time we perform at Rupert, it’s going to be a 10/10.

Whether it’s an end-of-financial-year celebration, a company Christmas party, a brand or product launch, a workshop, symposium, or conference, we’re here to deliver a premium and memorable event.
Rupert on Rupert features an in-house Sonos sound system and independent speakers throughout the entire venue providing premium surround sound that can be adjusted for each distinct space should the event require quieter break out zones. DJs and MCs can seamlessly connect to this system or use a separate corded microphone, stand, and speaker. We also offer a projector and screen for corporate conferencing. Please note that access to our Wi-Fi is not generally permitted as we run all our in-house systems through it to ensure everything operates smoothly.

We work closely with event organizers to create custom layouts that suit your event’s needs, whether it’s a conference-style or boardroom setup, product launch stations, or even showcasing a new car right in the middle of the venue. While we’re highly flexible in accommodating your vision, we do retain certain pieces of venue furniture that are essential to our brand’s unique character.

Given Rupert on Rupert’s origins as a restaurant, we remain immensely proud of our head chef’s delectable Mediterranean menu, and the extensive selection of tasty canapes, grazing stations, and shared banquet-style meals that can be tailored to suit any taste or dietary need. But if you’ve got something else in mind—like a Breakfast Conference, a Chinese feast for Lunar New Year, or something special for a religious celebration—we’re all ears!
